1. An Excise Act: Case FIR No 08/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 06.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI  Ishwar Singh I/C PP Tecklech alleging therein that on 06.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff at Bhali, they recovered 11 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/o Village Bhali Rampur. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh IC PP Tecklech.

2. During last 24 hours 413 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 128 & fine realized Rs. 48,200/-, 74 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,600/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.

   INQUEST REPORT

1. Last night (06.01.2017) deceased Sher Singh S/o Sh. Kalia Ram R/o Village Dhar, PO Charoli, Tehsil Kupvi, Distt. Shimla, age 62 years brought to CHC Kupvi for treatment due to fell down from hillock, who declares brought dead by MO CHC Kupvi. After autopsy at CHC Kupvi, dead body handed over to his relative for cremation.

2. Accused Rahul Thakur @ Lucky S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village Pashar, PO Dhabhas, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 19 years, arrested in case FIR  No. 02/17 Dt. 04.01.17 U/S 376, 506 IPC & 8 POCSO Act at PS Nerwa, today remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on Jan. 06, 2017

1. An Excise Act: Case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS East on 05.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Hem Raj, I/O PS East Shimla stated therein that on  05.01.2017 at about 07-15 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Shivpuri near Himland, one person namely Surender Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Badechi, PO AG, Shimla-3, age 60 years, intercepted by them and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor marka Una No.-1, from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Raj, I/O PS East.  

2. An Accident:  Case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 06.01.2017  U/S  279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Roop Ram R/O Vill. Manjholi  PO  Dhamandari Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla at present Driver in HRTC Depot No.1  Taradevi, Shimla alleging therein that today on 06.01.2017, he was coming from Mypul to Shimla with HRTC bus No. HP03B-6227. When he reached near IPH Office at Chharabra, at the same time a Maruti  Car  Ho. HP09C-1283 came rashly in wrong direction & hit with the bus and driver of Maruti Car run away from the spot. In this accident, Yashpal (Bus conductor) and one lady sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

3. A Forest Act: Case FIR No. 06/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.01.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kumar, Forest Guard & I/C aPalaina & Dharech Beat, Theog stated therein that on the intervening night of 03/04.01.2017, some unknown person has cut & stolen away two cedar trees from Chhasogarh forest land. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PP Fagu.

2. Accused Kesar Chand @ Sanju S/o Sh. Vijay Kumar R/o Village & PO Ghandir, Tehsil Jhanduta, PS Shahtalai, Distt. Bilaspur, HP, age 28 years, arrested in case FIR No. 138/16 Dt. 19.08.2016 U/S 379 427 34 IPC at PS Theog, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.

1. An Excise Act: Case FIR No. 07/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 04.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 04.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Bakhol Kainchi, he recovered 02 bottles of Country Liquor marka Ranger Orange and 01 Bottles of English liquor marka Royal Stag from the shop of Rajender Singh S/o Sh. Dulchi Ram Ro Village Banogda, PO Bakhol, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla.

2. Non-appearance in response to a proclamation: Case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 04.01.2017 U/S 174(A) IPC on the rukka of ASI Gopal Singh, I/O PS Rohru stated therein that on 08.08.2016, accused Krishan @ Goldy S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/oVillage Kitarwari, Dodra-Kwar, Shimla has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Ld. Court of Addl. Session Judge Court No.2, Shimla in case FIR No. 14/2014 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Rohru. But above accused failed to appear before Ld. Court at the specified time as required by proclamation published under sec. 82(2) Cr.PC. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh, I/O PS Rohru.

3. Mischief Causing Damage: Case FIR No. 04/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.01.2017 U/S 427 504 506 IPC on the application of Sh. Pawan Lal S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Village & PO Shingla, Rampur alleging therein that on 04.01.2017 at about 05-00 PM, one Mela Ram S/o Sh. Teju Ram broken the slab/roof of his building. He also abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PS Rampur.

4. A Trespass: Case FIR No. 04/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.01.2017 U/S 447 379 34 IPC on the application of Jagat Singh S/o Sh. Anant Ram R/o Village Dumehar, PO Kaghar Cheog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 20.12.2016, Rajender Singh alongwith his family members trespassed  in his land and uprooted /stolen away poles & fencing wire from his field. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PP Fagu, Shimla.

5. Wrongful Restraint & Criminally Intimidation: Case FIR No. 05/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 05.01.2017 U/S 341,323,427,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Harish Kaltoo S/o Lt. Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Ward No.-1 Rampur Bsr alleging therein that on 05.01.2017 at about 08.30 AM, Raman Kumar alongwith another four persons obstructed his way and beaten him brutally, caused sustained injuries to him. They have also damaged his vehicle and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand, IO PS Rampur

6. During last 24 hours 387 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 149 & fine realized Rs. 54,100/- and 77 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,600/-.

   INCIDENT

   Construction work of the road is on progress near Purna village in the jurisdiction of PS Rampur, where some nepali labourers were working. In the evening of 04.01.2017 at about 04-45 PM, due to landslide, four Nepali labourers were buried alive in debris. In this incident, all the four Nepli labours namely  Ajay- age 38 years, Ram Bahadur- age 38 years, Lokender- age 40 years & Harinder- age 22 years  died on the spot & their dead bodies have been recovered.

Today Accused Ravi Kumar & Sushil remanded in judicial custody, whereas accused Krishan @ Goldy sent on transit remand to PS Rohru.

Crime Report on Jan 04, 2017

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.01.2017 U/S 39 (i) HP Excise Act on the statement of Const. Vikram, Posted at PP Fagu, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.01.2017, he was on patrolling & collection of intelligence towards Shateyan, Theog. On the secret information, he alongwith the staff of PP Fagu raided in the shop of Vishan Dass S/o Sh. Sudama Ram R/o Village Jahu, PO Majhar and recovered 10 Bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Shastri, I/C PP Fagu, Shimla.  

2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS East on 03.01.2017 U/S 39(i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Sewa Singh, I/C PP Kasumpti, Shimla stated therein that on 03.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith Staff towards  Panthaghati, at about 05-30 PM, on the secret information he searched the Daily Need Shop of Bihari Lal S/o Sh. Dila Ram R/o Village Langehar, PO Geun, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Mandi A/P   Daily Needs Shop at Lower Panthaghati Shimla and recovered 08 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Una No.-1, from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Sewa Singh, I/C  PP Kasumpti, Shimla.

An Excise Act case FIR No. 05/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 03.01.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Ram Nagar. At about 06-30 PM, on the secret information, he searched the Dhara of Ganesh S/o Sh. Dhanevali, R/o Village Davni Veer, PO Ramkot, Tehsil Libang, Odda No. 5, Anchal Beri Nepal A/P C/o Sh. Jia Lal Justa S/o Sh. Chet Ram Justa R/o Thana, PO Rawalakyar, Kotkhai, Shimla and recovered 35 liters Lahan & 18 bottles illicit liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/O PS Kotkhai.   

4. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 06/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.01.2017 U/S 3,4 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 03.01.2017, he was along with staff was on patrolling towards Maturi near Kotkhai. On the secret information, he search  the house of Ravinder Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Changa Ram R/o Village Matri PO chalnair and found the four persons namely Suresh Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Mohan Lal & Ravinder Singh were playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 40,700/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Rajneesh Thakur, SHO PS Kotkhai.

5. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 03.01.2017 U/S 13-3-67 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of SI Shyam Singh Tomar, SHO PS New Shimla stated therein that on 03.01.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/traffic checking duty at Khalini Chowk Shimla. On the secret information, four persons namely Khem Chand, Khem Raj, Atul Vohra & Shiv Ram intercepted by them during playing gambling with cards in Khalini Ground and recovered Rs. 12,750/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Singh Tomar, SHO PS New Shimla.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 04/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.01.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Deepak S/o Sh. Gain Chand R/o Village & PO Nankhari, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla stated therein that on 03.01.2017, he alongwith Pawan & Inder Dev was going towards Narkanda from Rampur in Alto Car No. HP-01A-4531. When they reached near Khekhar Nala, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Inder Dev and rolled down about 100 feet from the road, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh Kumar, I/O PS Kumarsain.

7. A Theft case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Chopal on 03.01.2017 U/S 380, 448 IPC on the application of Sh. Surender Singh S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Village & PO Chopal, Shimla stated therein that one person namely Gulab Sing criminally trespassed in his store and stolen away shop's articles. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS Chopal.

8. A Trespass case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on 04.01.2017 U/S 451 504 506 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Amit Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Krishan Lal Sharma R/o Hari Kothi, Phagli, Shimla A/P Flat No. 502, GH-40, Sector-20 Panchkula, Haryana stated therein that on 03.01.2017, he come to the house of his uncle Gurudutt Sharma at Phagli in connection with division of parental properties, where Aditya Sharma, Anupam Sharma & Arun Sharma sons of his uncle started to abused him. On this he run away towards his home, but they criminally trespassed his house  & threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.

9. During last 24 hours 349 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 164 & fine realized Rs. 72,000/- and 84 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,700/-.

Crime Report on JAN 03, 2017

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.01.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Subhash Shastri, I/C PP Fagu stated therein that on 02.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff, at about 07-10 PM, one person namely Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Aklu Ram R/o Village Kadrab, PO Cheog, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, age 44 years intercepted by them on Kadrab road and recovered 55 gram charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Shastri, I/C PP Fagu.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS East on 02.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS East, Shimla stated therein that on 02.01.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Talland, KNH etc in Shimla. At about 06-30 PM, when they reached at Talland, one person namely Rahul S/o Lt. Sh. Kundan Lal R/o Village Milla, Tehsil Shillai, Distt. Sirmaur, HP, age 41 years intercepted by them and recovered 08 bottles of Country liquor marka Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS East.

3. An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 03.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ganga Dev, Addl. SHO PS Rampur stated therein that on 02.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff, at about 11-00 PM, when they reached at Nogli and found that one Maruti Car No. CH-01V-5226 parked on NH-05 in which one lady namely  Sushila Rana W/o Lt. Sh. Vinod Rana R/o Village & PO Nogli, Rampur found sit inside the car. During search of vehicle, he recovered 24 Bottles country liquor marka Una No. 1 from the above vehicle under her possession. The case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev, Addl. SHO PS Rampur.

4. Concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 03.01.2017 U/S 318 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sachin Negi S/o Sh. Surinder Negi R/o Village Bakholi, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has thrown the dead body of a fetus in his land/orchard to conceal the birth by secret disposal. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

5. An Accident case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 03.01.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Roop Ram R/o Village & PO Badog, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 03.01.2017, he alongwith his wife was going to home from Cheekhad in his vehicle No. HP-09C-1632. At about 11-45 AM, when they reached near Khachi Curve, at the same time a Truck No. HP-65-7425  driven by Amit Kumar @ Mitu came rashly in wrong direction and and hit with his car. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

6. During last 24 hours 91 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 40 & fine realized Rs. 21,400/- and 54 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,800/-.

   INQUEST REPORT

1. Decease Padam Bahadur (Nepali) S\o Sh. Lal Bahadur R/o Village Prajul PO Majhkata Tehsil Majhkata Distt Salyan Anchal Rawti Nepal Age 32  year has been died due to fell down from hillock under the influence of alcohol, in the jurisdiction of PS Rohru and died on the spot. After conducted postmortem, dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.  

2. Deceased Ganesh S/o Sh. Dalip Singh R/o Vill. Khakhrouna PO Bour, Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla age about 16 years fell down from hill, in the jurisdiction of PS Nerwa, caused sustained multiple injuries and died on the way to hospital. After autopsy at CH Nerwa, his dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

2. Accused Urma Devi W/o Multan Singh Village & P/o Baba Baroh Tehsil & Distt. Kangra HP age 32 years arrested in case FIR No 238/16 Dated 27.12.2016 U/S 302 IPC at PS Rampur, today further remanded in police custody upto 04.01.2017 by the Ld. Court.

    

Crime Report on Jan. 02, 2017

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Vikas Sharma, Addl. SHO PS Rohru stated therein that on 01.01.2017, on the secret information he alongwith staff raided in the Dhabha of Madan Nepali and recovered 04 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Vikas Shamra, Addl. SHO PS Rohru.

2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 01.01.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri, Shimla stated therein that on 01.01.2017, at about 09-15 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff towards Dofda, he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor marka Una No. 1, from the possession of Jai Singh S/o Sh. Shyama Nand R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri.

An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS West, Shimla on 01.01.2017 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh, Shimla stated therein that on 01.01.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Panesh. At about 03-30 PM, on the secret information he raided in the shop of Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Jagat Ram R/o Village & PO Panesh, Shimla and recovered 36 Bottles of Country liquor marka Una No. 1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh.

4. An Excise Act case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 01.01.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Chamain. At about 03-35 PM, on the secret information, he recovered 04 Bottles of country liquor marka Ranger Orange from the Dhara of Dhanu Ram S/o Sh. Chandu R/o Village Palog, PO Dakesh, Bilaspur. The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai.

An Excise Act  case FIR No. 01/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.01.2017, during patrolling alongwith staff, he recovered 24 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Hem Chand S/o Sh. Shukru R/o Village Shiroli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01.01.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 185 MV Act  on the statement of Sh. Prakash Chand S/o Sh. Aalam Chand R/o Village Bhutti, PO Pureg, Tehsil Anni, Distt. Kullu, HP alleging therein that on 01.01.2017, he alongwith his sister Smt. Hema Devi, Brother-in-law Sh. Hans Raj & their children Vijay & Babita was going towards Anni from Shimla in his car No. HP-16B-1200. At about 02-15 PM, when they reached at Nog Kainchi near Shinand, at the same time one Pick-Up No. HP-06A-0106 driven by Sarjeev Shyam, who was in drunken condition, came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain. 

7. An Accident case FIR No. 02/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01.01.2017 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Devi Chand R/o Village & PO Baghi, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 01.01.2017, one Alto Car No. HP-62C-0817 met with an accident near Maltu nala due to rash & negligent driving of Ashok Kumar and rolled down from the road. In this accident, one person namely Ramesh Sangroli died on the spot & Ashok Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan, I/C PP Baghi.

8. An Accident case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01.01.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Jeet Singh S/o Sh. Prabhu Dyal R/o Village Changabag, PO Baghi, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 01.01.2017, he was coming from Chandigarh in vehicle No. HP-63-4498, driven by Chhotu Ram (Driver). At about 06-30 PM, when they reached near Anu Bridge, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of  driver Chhotu Ram and rolled down from the road & run away from the road. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram, I/O PS Kotkhai.

9. A Theft case FIR No. 03/17 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on 02.01.2017 U/S 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Surender Kaul S/o Sh. Makkhan Lal Kaul R/o House No. 3392/2, 45-D Chandigarh A/P Chief Manager in UCO Bank, Main Branch Shimla stated therein that on 06.12.2016, two trunks of SBN of the denomination of Rs. 500/- & 1000/- amounting to Rs. 3,37,75,500/- have been deposited by Naina Tikker Branch in the Bank. During the process of reconciliation, he found that one of the trunk amounting to Rs. 1,03,00,000/- was missing. During analysis of CCTV Footage, it has been found that on 26.12.2016 at about 03-53 P.M, an unknown person was seen stealing away the above missing Trunk. The case is being investigated by Sh. Rajinder Sharma, Dy. SP (City) Shimla.      

10. A Burglary case FIR No. 04/17 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla today on 02.01.2017 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Vadhwa R/o Surender Building G/F Marina Annex Shimla stated therein that he is running a Shop at Lower Bazar, Shimla. On the intervening night of 31.12.2016, some unknown person has broken the shutter lock of his shop and stolen away Mobiles & cash. The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.   

11. During last 24 hours 91 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 40 & fine realized Rs. 21,400/- and 54 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,800/-.

1. Accused Anirudh S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Village & PO Kafno Tehsil Nichar Distt. Kinnaur H.P. Age 26 years arrested in Case FIR No. 294/16 Dt. 29.12.2016 U/S 376,506 IPC at PS West Shimla, today remanded in judicial custody upto 13.01.2017 by the Ld. Court.

2. Accused i) Ravi Kumar R/o Vill. Sukhi Jori, Dharampur, Solan, ii) Krishan @ Goldy R/O Vill. Kiterwri, Sub-Tehsil Dodra Kawar, Shimla and iii) Sushil R/O Vill. Khanyasni Tehsil Mohari Uttrakhand arrested in case FIR No. 71/16 Dt. 31.12.2016 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jubbal, are on police remand upto 05.01.2017.

3. Accused Urma Devi W/o Multan Singh Village & P/o Baba Baroh Tehsil & Distt. Kangra HP age 32 years arrested in case FIR No 238/16 Dated 27.12.2016 U/S 302 IPC at Rampur, is on police remand upto 03.01.2017.

1. An Excise Act Case FIR No 1/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 01.01.17  U/S 39 HP Ex Act on the Rukka of ASI Chaman Lal  I/C PP Nankhri alleging therein that on dated 31.12.2016 at about 6.00PM when he was on patrolling along with staff at Tipper he got  secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor on this information he raided the the shop of Surat Ram S/O Pikhlu Ra m Village Kotla PO Surad Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP and recovered 05 bottles of  country  liquor Marka Himachal orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhri.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No 01/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on  the rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that he was on patrolling along with staff during patrolling he got a secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor on this information he raided the Shop of Dina Nath S/o Sh Het Ram at Chamola Chekul Khad and recovered 04 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain .

An Excise Act case FIR No 02/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on  the rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that he was on patrolling along with staff during patrolling he got a secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor on this information he raided the Shop of Satpal S/o Sh  Bala Nand R/o village Kanda P/o Khekul Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla A/P Mantri Bhojnalya and recovered 05 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Chirgaon.
4. An Excise Act case FIR No 02/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 01.01.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of  SI Kulwant Singh SHO PS Jhakri alleging therein that on 01.01.2017 he recovered  12 Bottles of  country Liquor Marka UNA No 1 from the possession  of Jai Singh  S/O Sh Shyama Nand  R/O Village Shah PO Dodder  Tehsil Rampur  Distt  Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh SHO PS Jhakri. 
5. An Excise Act case FIR No 01/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 01.01.2017 U/S U/S 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Parmjeet Singh I/OPS Sadar alleging therein that on 01.01.2017 he was on patrolling cum traffic duty at Cart road Shimla. During Checking of vehicle he intercepted a Vehicle No HP 03C 3038 Maruti and recovered 144 bottles of English Liquor from the possession of Gurupareet Singh S/o Late Sh Dharam Singh R/o kalta Niwas Shakrala Mehali Shimla . The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh I/O PS Sadar.   
6. An Excise Act case FIR No 02/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 01.01.2017 U/S 39(1) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Ram Pal I/O PS Sadar  alleging therein that On 01.01.2017 he was on patrolling along with staff at near Basant Hotel .During patrolling he intercepted a person namely Vijay Kumar S/o Late Sh Suresh Kumar R/oDharaa No 128 Kali Dass Building Near Gugga Madi Krishna Nagar Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Pal I/O PS Sadar.  
7. A Sedition case FIR No 86/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 31.12.2016 U/S 124 A IPC on the complaint of Sh R.D Sharma area manager HPSSC Shimla-6 alleging therein that on 31.12.2016 some unknown person  wrote some anti national slogans on the wall of his whole sale godown at Chirgaon. The case is being investigated by SI Munish Raj Sharma SHO PS Chirgaon.
8. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 396/16 has been registered at PS Sadar On 31.12.2016 U/S 341, 323, 34  on the complaint of  Sh Ajay Kaushal S/o Sh Onkar Kaushal R/o village Nanwa P/o Kadsai Tehsil Badsar Distt Hamirpur alleging therein that on 31.12.2016 two  persons who were unknown to him  obstructed his way at The ridge Shimla and beaten him brutally . The case is being investigated byHC Sunil I/o PS Sadar.

A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 1/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 01.01.2017  U/S  341,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Uttam Ram  S/O  Sh  Kawaru Ram R/O Village  Kapni  PO Ganvi  Tehsil Rampur  Distt  Shimla  alleging therein that on 31.12.2016 one person  namely  Kedar Singh S/o Saru Ram  R/o Village Tikri P/o Ganvi  obstructed  his way  and beaten him brutally. The case is being  investigated  by HC  Vinesh  I/O  PP Jeori.
10. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 01/17 has been registered at PS Rorhu on  01.01.2017 U/S 341, 323, 427 and 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anurag Thakur S/o Sh. Gopal Singh Thakur R/o village Kansakoti P/o Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 01.01.2017 at about 1.30 PM when he and his friend Mohit Thakur went his home after New Year Party. When they reached near ACC Park Rohru. There Three person namely Vicky Banshtu, Chottu and Ballu Thakur obstructed his way and beaten him and brutally and also damage his vehicle. The case is being investigated By HC Amit Kumar No. 45 I/O PS Rohru.
11. During last 24 hours 191 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 88 & fine realized Rs. 23,900/- and 36 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,700/-.
