Crime Report on January 07,2016

1.           A Cheating case FIR No 04/16 has been registered at PS East on 06.01.2016  U/S near 419, 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh Arvind Kumar  Gupta House Octagon Lodge State Co.Op Bank  Shimla alleging therein that an unknown person called him on his mobile phone & told that he was a employee of State Bank of Patiyala and asked him for  share his bank details. On this he shared his bank  details on mobile No 07033006143. When he checked his bank account & found that some unknown person did Rs 98000/- online shopping from his account. The case is being investigating by HC Sandeep I/O PS East.

2.         A House Trespass case FIR 04/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.01.2016 U/S 451, 341,506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Pradeep Agrawaal S/o  Late Sh Sulekh Agrawaal R/o House No.287 Sector 12 Panchkula  Haryana A/P Director Kufri Pacific Hotel Mundaghat  alleging therein that on 06.01.2016 he was digging a bore by Boring Machine for the purpose of drinking water in his resort at Mundaghat, but some resident of village Gajiha namely Ram Kishan Vidya Dutt Daulat Ram Ghagiya entered in his hotel premises and threatened him with dire consequences The case is being investigating by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS.

3.         An Accident case  FIR 01/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.01.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of  Sh Sandep Kumar S/o Sh Maan Das R/o village Tinkari P/o Khagna Tehsil  Chopal District Shimla alleging therein that on 06.01.2015 he was going towards Sanjauli in his vehicle  when he reached at Cemetery at the same time a vehicle No HP-03C-4405 came rashly from Sanjauli side and hit his vehicle .this accident happened due to rash negligent driving of Herde Octa R/o Dogra Niwas Top Floor Clusten Shimla .The case is being investigating by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

4.         An Accident case FIR No.03/16 on 07-1-16 U/S 279,337 304A IPC on the statement Sh.Boby Sawant S/o Sh.Chiranji la Sawant R/o village Badvi,P/o Garawag Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleging therein that near about 08:30 a vehicle No.CH-01Q-8620 met with an accident in which driver  Sh.Rajinder Singh @Nitu S/o sh.Budhisingh R/o village Shoshan P/o Garawag Tehsil Kotkhai Distt shimla died on the spot due to rash & negligent driving. The case is being investigating by Asi Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

5.         An Accident case FIR No. 02/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on  07.01.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yoginder Purta S/O Sh. Dulla Ram R/O Village Ghillar PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla stated therein  that today at about 09.15 am, a Truck No HP-11C-2077 met with an accident near his village at Ghillar  due to rash & negligent driving of Parvesh Kumar S/0 Desh Raj VPO Mundkhar distt Hamirpur & rolled down from the road. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamlender Singh I/O PS Nerwa.

6.         A Theft case FIR No 03/16 has been registered at PS West on 07.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Mahesh S/o Sh Daleep Singh Thakur R/o Thakur Niwas Sangti Shimla alleging therein that on 06.01.2015 some unknown person stolen away his vehicle No HP63-5269 from sangti Shimla .The case is being investigating by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/O PS West.

3.         Accused Sahnvaj @ Sharif S/o Sh. Irshad R/o  Jainnagar Mast Ram Nagar Ghere Kee Pichay Village & PS Khatoli Distt. Mujhafarnagar up age 29 year & Accused Nasim S/o Sh. Nafhij R/o Village Village & Ps Khatoli Distt. Mujhafarnagar UP AGE 23 year arrested today  in case FIR No. 01/2016 on 01-01-2016 U/S 457,380,511,427,34 IPC at PS Theog. They will be produce before Ld court tomorrow.      

Crime Report on January 06,2016

1.         A Theft case FIR No 03/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.01.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint  of Sh Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Kehar Singh R/O Village Runda PO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that in the intervening night of 01/02-01-2016 some unknown person has stolen away his motor cycle No. HP 10A-5420. The case is being investigating by HC Ashish Kumar I/O PS Rohru.

2.      An Accident case FIR No 02/2016 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.01.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been on the Rukka of ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that a vehicle No HP-03C-0117 met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Kamal .Due to this accident Kamal sustained injuries .The case is being investigating by ASI Joginder Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

3.      A Rioting case  FIR No 03/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 06.012016 U/S 147,149,323 IPC on the statement of Sh Kapil Dev S/o Sh Mela Ram Village Sharan P/o Ronal Tehsil Chirgaon  alleging therein on 05.01.2016  at 8:30 PM Prem RAJ ,Shiv Shankar, Main Ram ,Sunil Kumar , Sanjeev Kumar ,Rajeev Kumar Guman Singh ,Uttam Singh, Riban Lal And Deep Lal beaten him and abused him . The case is being investigating by HC Puran Singh No  I/O PS Chirgaon .

4.      A Water( Prevention of and Control of Pollution act) case FIR No. 03/2016 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 06.01.2016 U/S 269,277,270,336 IPC & 43,44 The Water( Prevention of and Control of Pollution act) on the Complain of Sh Tikender Singh Panwar Dy. Mayor M.C Shimla alleging therein that in month of December cases of jaundice were increasing thereafter a committee was constituted to ascertain the reasons .On 06.01.2015 this committee along with CHO visited the sight of STP which eventually leads to Ashwani Khad from where water is lifted for drinking purpose found that the STP At Maliyana was not working properly and serving dirty water .The case is being investigating by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

Crime Report on January 05,2016

1.        An Excise case FIR No 02/16 has been registered at PS Jhakari on 04.01.2016 U/S 39 OF H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh I/C Police Post Jhakri alleging therein that on 04.01.2016, during patrolling, he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession Sohan Lal S/o Nain Sukh R/o village Dobi P/o Rastot TeshiL Rampur Distt.Shimla. The case is being investigating ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

2.      An Excise case FIR No 03/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.01.2015 U/S 39 OF H.P Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Theog alleging therein that on 04.01.2016 on the secret information one Pick-up No HP 63-0233 along with two persons namely Lokender S/o Sh. Kamaljeet R/o village Serthi, PO Kelvi & Driver Raju S/o Sh. Gian Chand R/o Village Karyal, have been intercepted by them. During search,   120 bottles of country liquor marka Patiala Rasbhari Orange recovered from their possession. The case is being investigating by SHO PS Theog.

3.      An Accident case FIR NO 02/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 05.01.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the rukka of SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that one Motorcycle No HP 03-3473 met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Sh Ravinder SinghS/o Sh Puran Chand R/o Village Sungari Tehsil Rorhu District Shimla . In This accident, Sh Ravinder Singh died on the spot. The case is being investigating by SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari.

Crime Report on 04 January ,2016

1.        A ND&PS Case FIR No 01/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03.01.16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli on the rukka of SI Deepak Thakur  I/C PP  Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.01.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling & Traffic checking duty towards Nav Bahar, Shimla. At about 05-30 PM, when they reached near SPM School, one person namely Sahib Singh @ Sunny S/o SH. Gurnam Singh R/o Jawahar Cottage, near Laxami Narayan Temple Sanjauli Shimla, age 27 years, intercepted by them. During search, 37 bottles of restricted medicines Correx Cough Syrup 100 ml each, recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Deepak Thakur, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla.

2.      An Excise case FIR NO 01/2016 has been registered at PS Jakhari  on 03.01.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Jhakri alleging therein that during patrolling duty he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Yogesh Sharma S/o Mangal Chand R/o Koti P/o Dhargaura Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Jhakri.   

3.      An Excise case FIR NO 02/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.01.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act case on the rukka of SHO Theog  alleging therein that on the basis of secret information he recovered  36 bottles of English liquor from the possession of Smt Bimla VPO Mundu Tehsil Theog District Shimla .The case is being investigating by SHO Theog.

4.      An Attempt to murder case FIR No 02/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 03.01.2016 U/S 307 IPC on the statement of Lobha Ram S/O Sh. Bijnu R/O Dyarmoli PO Kutara Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP years alleging therein that  on 03.01.2015 he was going to his home when he reached at Dyarmoli, Sh. Mainku Ram R/O Dyarmoli beatren and  attacked on him with Darat (दराट) with intention to kill him.The Case is being investigated by Inspector Sandeep Kumar SHO PS Rohru.

1. An Excise case FIR NO. 02/16 has been registered at PS East on  03.01.2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein that during patrolling duty he recovered 11 bottles of country liquor marka darling from the possession of Nitya Nand S/o Sh Jiva Nand R/o Shahot, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi.The case is being investigating by SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post Kasumpti.

2. An Accident case FIR N0. 02/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai  on 02.01.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the rukka of HC Sita Ram No 129 I/O PS Kotkhai Distt Shimla  alleging therein that an Alto K10 No.HP 10B -9005 met with an accident near village Bakrail near IPH Office Gumma due to rash and negligent driving of Hari Om Sharma S/O Inder Dutt Sharma Village And Po Baghar Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla. In this accident driver Hari Om Sharma sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Sita Ram I/O  PS Kotkhai.

An Accident case FIR No 01/16 has been Registered at PS Rampur on 03.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Joginder Singh Negi S/o Sh Chitrgupt Negi Village Sapni PO Sapni tehsil Sangla Distt Kinnaur alleging therein that on dated 02.01.16 at about 8 PM he was going towards Kheneri along with his friend Ankush S/O Sh Jiya Lal R/o Upper Lahasa Rampur on Motercycle No HP-06A-2387. On the way near Patbangla Ankush lost control over the Motorcycle & met with accident. In this incident, both persons sustained injuries .The case is being investigating by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.

A Burglary case FIR NO.03/16 has been registered at PS Fast on 03.01.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Usha Sen Thakur W/o Dr. R.J Thakur R/o Sargheen P/o Kasumpti Shimla Tehsil & District Shimla alleging therein that on 02.01.2016  some unknown person has stolen away Sony Color T.V, Silver Bowls, Silver Glass, one Pair of shoes, watch, cloths and other utensils worth Rs 60,000/- from her house.The case is being investigating by LHC Seema I/O PS Kasumpati.

A Trespass case FIR No has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.01.2016 U/S 447 IPC & 32,33 IF Act on the complaint  of Smt Mani Devi W/o late Sh kanshi Ram R/o Village Ishta P/o chakul Tehsil and Kumarsain alleging therein that on 02.01.2016 at about 9 am Morning Sh Roop lal Trespassed her field and dug a safety tank in  her field . She asked him to stop the work h but he did not stop the work and beaten her.Due to this incidient she got sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by LHC Sita Devi I/O PS Kumarsain.

Crime Report on 02 January, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.1/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01-01-16 U/S 39 OF HP EX.ACT on the rukka of SI Dharam Sen Negi SHP PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 01-01-16 during patrolling towards Kotkhai-Kkokunala etc. he received an information reg. selling of illegal liquor by Chet Ram S/o lt. Sh. Ram Singh R/o village Galera at his home. On this information he raided in his house and recovered  30 bottles of country liquor Himachal no.1 and 03 bottles of  English wine signature from his possession. The case is being investigating by SI Dharam Sen Negi SHP PS Kotkhai

2. An Excise Act case FIR No.1/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01-01-16 U/S 39 OF HP Excise Act on the rukka of Self SI/SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 01-01-16 at about 7 am he recovered 24 bottels Sirmour Orange from the possession of Gauttam Lal S/O Padam Dass vill Gawas tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI     SHO PS Chirgaon.

An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 01/16 has been registered at PS Rohru today on  02-01-16 u/s 353, 332 IPC & 3 PDP Act on the complaint of Narender Singh S/o lt. Sh. Raja Ram R/o Mandli P.O. Masli Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla age 42 yrs a/p conductor HRTC depo Rohru alleging therein that when he was help to parking the bus No.HP10B-7635 at the same time one person namely sunny R/o gangtoli came their with his swift car no HP 03T-4291. He asked him to stop the car so that bus can be parked. On this he came out of his car and  started beaten him, broken his ticketing machine, threatened with dire consequences and obstructed him to discharge his duty.  The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar I/O PS Rohru.

1.         A Theft case FIR No 01/16 has been registered at PS  Jubbal today on 01-01-2016  U/S 380 IPC & Sec. 158(O) of HP Panchyati Raj Act 1994 on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Singh Presiding Officer Poling Station Sarot-3 alleging therein that today before starting polling when they counted ballot paper he found that ballot paper sr. no. 477622 to 477650 were missing. When they started voting for election they issued Sr. No. 477653 to one person namely Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Megh Ram R/O Vill. Sharhana PO Shelapani Tehsil Jubbal age 60 years. The above person apprehended by him to cast the missing ballot paper Sr. No. 477650. The above person has stolen away the ballot paper with the intention to give undue benefit to someone. The case is being investigated by Insp. Mathura Dass SHO PS Jubbal.  

2.       A Burglary case FIR No 01/2016 has been registered at PS Theog today on 01-01-2016 U/S 457,380,511,427,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikas Branch Manager State Bank Of Patiala Fagu Branch VPO Fagu, Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that today at about 01-15 AM  he saw that two persons were sat in the vehicle No. DL07C-1488 at Fagu out side the ATM and other two persons have illegally entered inside the ATM by broking the shutter lock and external door of ATM Machine with the intention to theft. When he tried to asked their identity all four persons ran away from the spot in above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Phagu.
