Crime Report 22 July, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 90/14 is registered at PS East on 21.07.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Heteshwar Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Bhupinder Kumar Bhardwaj R/O Sanjauli, Tehsil & District- Shimla alleging therein that on 21.07.2014 he was going along with his friend Rahul in Maruti Van No HP03-3561. When they reached near Mehli, Rahul lost his control from the vehicle and met with an accident. The case is being investigated by HC Shish Pal I/O PP Kasumpti.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 122/14 is registered at PS West today i.e. on 22.07.14 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Singh S/O Sh. Shaligram R/o Village- Sargal, PO- Kohi, Teh-Rohru, District- Shimla alleging therein that he was coming in his Car No. HP-10A-3922 along with his family from Hamirpur to Sanajuli. When he reached near Vidhan Sabha bifurcation, HRTC Taxi HP-02A-0719 hit his car and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Liaq Ram, I/O PS West.

3. During last 24 hours 136 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.22900/-

Crime Report 21 July, 2014

1. A Theft case FIR No 52/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 20.07.2014 U/S  379 IPC on the application of Sh.  Kapil Dev S/O Sh. Shiv Dayal Chauhan R/O Village- Kotidhar, PO- Bhutti, Tehsil- Kumarsain, District- Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night 19/20.6.2014, some unknown person has stolen away his Maruti Car No HP06A- 4640 parked near his house on the link road from Koti Dhar to Palsar. The case is being investigated by HC Govind Mehta,  I/O PP Sainj PS Kumarsain.

2. A Theft case FIR No. 89/14 is registered at PS East on 20.07.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Yashpal Sharma S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Sharma R/o Raj Hans Cottage near Dev Nagar Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein that he is working as Salesman in Rajeev Auto Khalini Shimla. On 19.07.2014, his owner Smt. Kusum Sud  has given her van No. HP-03-3561 having a chassis No. CH948583-EN890261, Model 1991, to him for the marketing purpose. During the intervening night of 19/20.07.2014, some unknown person has stolen away above Maruti van parked near TCP, at Kasumpti By-Pass Shimla.  The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PP Kasumpti.

3. A Rioting case FIR No. 46/14 is registered at PS Chopal today i.e. on 21.07.2014 U/S 147 149 323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Surender Singh S/o Sh. Fandiya R/o Village- Chama, PO- Charoli, Tehsil- Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 20.07.2014, at about 08:10 PM, when he was going to Rest House, at the same time, five persons namely Jalam Singh, Roshan Lal, Pratap Singh, Ram Lal & Virender Singh beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/C PP Kupvi.

4. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 47/14  is registered at PS Chopal today i.e. on 21.07.2014 U/S 353 332 504 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jalam Singh S/o Sh. Mohi Ram R/o Village- Dimi, PO- Charoli, Tehsil- Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that he has  charge of Rest House. On 20.07.2014, at about 08:00 PM, when he was on duty in the Rest House, Surender R/o Village- Chama has came there, used unparliamentry language and beaten him. The Case is being investigated by HC Sohan Singh, I/O PP Kupvi.  

5. During last 24 hours 151 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 04 challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.22000/-  

    

Crime Report 20 July, 2014.

 

1. An accident case FIR No  41/14 dtd 19/7-14 U/S 279,304 IPC DD NO 23 at 8.15pm has been Regd. at PS Jhakri on the statement of Sansar Singh S/olt. Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Rattan pur Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is posted at security guard in M/S Technology house Pvt. Ltd. Rattanpur on dated 19-07-2014 at 6P.M vehicle Pikup No HP -06A -4287 fell down near Rattanpur Majhewli about 600 meter from the road side in this accident 3 person namely1. Ved Prakesh S/o Kui Ram R/o Basali 2. Amer Singh S/o Shiv Ram R/o Sunda  3 Mast Ram S/o Dhani Ram R/o Village Halog found dead on the spot . Case is being investigated by  SI/ SHO Trilok Chand PS Jhakri

2. An attempt to commit culpable homicide case FIR No 99/14 dated 19-07-2014 U/S 308 IPC has been registered on the statement of SI Puran Chand Traffic wing alleging therein that on 19-07-2014 at about 6.30 P.M  when he was on traffic duty along with constable Joginder Singh at US Club Shimla .One Pickup No HP 62 A 1724 had drove the vehicle rashly and hit him deliberately resultantly he received multiple injuries . Case is being investigated by Si Manoj Kumar I/O PS Sadar .

3. A Murder Case  FIR NO 41/14 DATED 19/7/14 U/S 302 IPC has been regd. at PS Chirgaon, on the statement of Sh. Prahu Ram S/O SH Jangloo Ram Village Khashdhar, The. Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, HP at present Chokidar HPSEB Colony Sandasu, Chirgaon stated that on 18/7/14 a unidentified dead body of male person found in the Sewerage Tank Sandasu. During the course of inquest  it found that some unknown person killed him and thorn in sewerage tank. Dead body referred by MO CHC Sandasu To IGMC for postmortem. Case is being investigated by SI/ SHO Ashish Samuel.

Crime Report 19 July, 2014

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 95/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 19.07.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar, I/C PP Deha alleging therein that today he along with staff were on Nakabandi duty at Alidhar. One vehicle No. HP-36A-1210 (Jeep Commander) driven by Dinesh kumar S/o Sh. Inder Singh R/o Village- Jetari, PO- Podia, Tehsil- Chopal, Shimla intercepted by them. During checking they recovered 48 bottles of country liquors (marka Sirmaur Orange) from the vehicle. The case is being investigating by ASI Sanjeev Kumar.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 86/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 18.07.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sushil Kumar S/o Sh. Balu Ram R/o Village- Gumanak, PO- Khun, Tehsil- Aani, District Shimla alleging therein that on 18.07.2014, he was on way to Rampur in vehicle No. HP-06-3275 along with Kishan, Sunder Singh and Pratap. At about 08:00 AM when they reached near Badrash, Driver Kishan Chand has lost his control on vehicle and met with an accident, in which they got injured.  The case is being investigating by HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur.

    

3. During last 24 hours 166 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.     The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.35,900/-  

Crime Report 18 July,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No.50/14 is registered at PS Rohru today i.e. on 18.07.14 U/S 279,304-A IPC on the statement of Smt Nirmala Thakur W/O Sh. Umesh Thakur R/O Parasa PO Lower Koti Teh Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that her husband  admitted in IGMC Shimla. Today at about 04-00 AM Padam Singh, Dehi Thakur along with driver Sunil Kumar were coming from IGMC Shimla to Parasa in M/Car No.HP-10A-0604. When they reached at Bakhirna at about 04-15 AM suddenly driver lost his control and car rolled down from the road. Smt Dehi Thakur W/O Sh. Narinder Singh R/O Parasa PO Lower Koti Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla died on the spot and other persons injured. The case is being investigating by SI Laiq Ram I/O PS Rohru.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No.85/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 17.07.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh.Hira Lal S/O Sh.Chulla Ram R/O Village Badagaon PO Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 17.07.2014 he was going to DFO Office Rampur in vehicle No. HP-06A-0017 Alto along with driver Mohan Lal Joshi. At 12-15 PM when they reached at Pipti curve then driver lost his control on the car and car rolled down on the road, in which they got injured. The case is being investigating by  HC Lal Chand I/O PS Rampur.

    

    

3. During last 24 hours 101 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.   04 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & 02 Challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.18,500/-  

    

Crime Report 17 July,2014

1. A Theft Case FIR No. 101/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 16.07.14 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act on the on line complaint of Sh. Rajinder Prasad S/O Lt. Sh. Ajeet Ram telephone exchange Lamba Jubbar under JTO Mashobra alleging therein that 50 pair cable approx. length 350 Mtr has been stolen away from Village Bandy to Tipra during intervening night of 14/15-07-2014.The case is being investigating by HC Rameshwar I/O PS Dhalli.

    

2. A Dog Bite case FIR No.87/14 is registered at PS East on 16-07-2014 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Smt. Samodhi Sharma W/O Sh. Karam Chand Sharma R/O Chuhan Niwas Parimahal Shimla alleging therein that on 16-07-2014 at about 03-20 PM  her house owner  dog bite his nephew Nischal. The case is being investigating by HC shish Pal I/O PP Kasumpti.

An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty A case FIR No. 32/14 registered at PS Kotkhai on 16-07-2014  U/S 341,353,332,504 IPC on the complaint of Sh Joginder Singh S/O Sh Mani Ram R/O Banol PO Nagan Teh Kotkhai working as Driver HRTC  bus No. HP-34-6381 Shimla alleging therein that on 16/7/2014 he was on duty in bus route from Shimla to Kotkhai. At about 10-00 PM when he reached at bus stand Kotkhai one person namely Sumit Chauhan S/O Sh Ram Parkash R/O village Bajoha PO Baghar Teh Kotkhai Distt Shimla stopped the bus and directed to driver to drive back the bus up to wine shop. But he refused to do so. Sh. Sumit Chauhan opened the driver door of bus and dragging him from seat, beaten up brutally and abused him   The case is being investigating by SHO PS Kotkhai.

4. A Criminal Breach of trust case FIR No.96/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 16-07-2014 U/S 406 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kochhad S/O Sh. Baldev Raj R/O Flat No-2, Block-C, Regent House Apartments, The Mall Shimla alleging therein that he is a Govt. contractor having a store in Pursharth Basti Shimla. On 16-07-2014 morning his son Amit Kocher opens the store lock and found that some articles were missing from the store. When he checked Mr. Gopal the servant of store, he was not present there. He is in doubts that said Gopal their servant has stolen above articles. The case is being investigating by HC Bala Ram I/O PS Sadar
