Crime Report 14 June,2014

1. A Burglary Case FIR No.84/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on  14.06.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC that he is residing in Pal Niwas for last 8 years. On 12-6-2014 he went to his native place Sunni with family.During the intervening night some unknown person had broken the door lock and stolen away some Jewellery & Cash Rs.8000/-.The case is being investigating by PSI Vivek Gautam I/O PS Dhalli.

    

    

2. During last 24 hours 205 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act, 06 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.34,000/-

Crime Report 13 June,2014

1.   An Excise Act Case FIR No.74/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 13-6-2014 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that today he along with staff were on patrolling near Downdale. During patrolling one person namely Sunny Kumar S/O Sh. Chindu Ram R/O H.No.20 down dale Fhagli intercepted by them and recovered 12 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from his possession. The case is being investigating by ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar.

 

2.   An Accident Case FIR NO.74/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12-06-2014 U/S 279,427 IPC on the application of Sh. Mohinder Singh, Shimla alleging therein that on 12/06/14 at about 05.20 PM he was going to High Court from CTO in Govt. vehicle No.HP07B-0101 Sx4, when he reached near Old Bus Stand then a Bus No.HP-63-0907 hit his vehicle.The case is being investigating by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar.

 

3.   A Burglary case FIR No.83/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 12-06-2014 on the statement of Sh. Arjun Nenta S/O Sh. Devender Nainta R/O Kumar cottage below Sanjauli Gurudwara, Shimla alleging therein that on 12-06-2014 he went to office after locking his house. At about 01-45 PM he received a telephone call that some thieves entered in his house, and they locked them in the house, on this information he reached at home and open the door then he found that a boy age about 19/20 year found there who tried to theft in his house and his other friends run away from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli.

 

4.   During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. 09 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 23,000/-

Crime Report 12 June,2014

1. A Burglary Case FIR No.67/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 11.06.14 U/S 457 380 IPC PS on the application of Smt.Punni Devi W/o Sh. Dhani Chand R/o Village- Bhadrash, PO- Dhal Nagar, Tehsil- Rampur, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 10/11.06.2014, some unknown person has stolen away her gold ornaments i.e. Bangles, Chain, two Naths, two rings, Ear rings, three pair of silver payal, 9 ladies suit and cash Rs. 80,000/-.The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PP Taklech.

    

    

    

2. During last 24 hours 286 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act, 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.48,700/-

Crime Report 11 June,2014

1. A Theft case FIR No.79/14 is registered at PS Theog today i.e. on   11-6-14 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh Nishant S/O Sh. K.R.Verma R/O VPO Jaish Tehsil Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 10-06-14 at about 06-00 PM he parked his Alto No.HP-09B-0707 near his house. At about 09-45 PM his brother Sh Mohinder informed him on telephonically that his vehicle is not present on parking place. He doubts that some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog.

    

2. An Accident case FIR NO 38/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 10-6-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Savitri Devi W/o sS. Bhupinder Singh R/o VPO Khashadhar Teh & PS Chirgoan Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 10-6-2014 when she along with Miss Anpurna going to buy some vegetable from the market. When they return back to home from the market and reached near Fire Station Rohru, then a Tata Sumo No.HP-01A-4173 hit Miss Anpurna. The case is being investigating by ASI Kundan lal  I/O PS Rohru.

An Accident case FIR NO 66/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 10-6-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Om Parkash S/O Sh Man Dass R/O Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Shimla alleging therein that on 09-06-2014 he along with Vinod Kumar coming to Rampur in his scooter No. HIS-0383. When they reached near Nogli then a Motorcycle hit his scooter and run away from the spot, in which they injured. The case is being investigating by HC Sunil Kumar  I/O PS Rampur.

An Accident case FIR NO 37/14 is registered at PS Sunni on   10-6-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar S/O Sh Prem Parkash R/O Ward No.-1 NAC Sunni Shimla alleging therein that on 10-06-2014 he was sit in his brother shop with his daughter namely Angel. When his daughter was playing here and there in the road then a vehicle No. HP-63C-0981 hit his daughter. The case is being investigating by ASI Vijay I/O PS Sunni.

    

5. An Accident case FIR NO 38/14 is registered at PS Sunni today i.e. on 11-6-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Het Ram S/O Sh Radha Krishna R/O Village Koon PO Balag Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi alleging therein that on 11-06-2014 at about 02-30 AM he along with four other persons were travelling with driver namely Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Chhatog PO Balag, Sunder Nagar in vehicle No. HP-33(T)9299 Bolero Camper. When they reached near Gharyana driver loose his control on the vehicle, due to this vehicle fell down from the road, one person namely Het Ram got injured.  The case is being investigating by ASI Vijay I/O PS Sunni.

    

    

6. During last 24 hours 293 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act, 08 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 04 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.44,800/-

Crime Report on 10 June, 2014

1. A Burglary case FIR No. 72/14 is registered at PS East on 09.06.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC on the statement of Dharm Pal Sharma S/O Lt. Sh. Hiru Ram Sharma R/O Paal Niwas Aanji Vikas Nager Shimla-9 alleging therein that some unknown person has broken the window grill of his house and stolen away  one pair Golden tops, two silver coin etc.  and cash Rs. 20,000/-. Total value of the stolen property is approximately Rs. 60,000/-. The case is being investigated by HC Om Krishan No. 51, I/O PAR Vikas Nagar Shimla.

    

2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 73/14 is registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 09.06.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act-2011 on the application of M.N. Sareen alleging therein that he is residing with his family at Subzi Mandi Shimla. One wine shop (Ahatta) is opened by the owner of wine shop near his house. He doubts that owner of wine shop/ Ahatta is running without license.  The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev, I/O PS Sadar Shimla.  

    

    

3. A Burglary case FIR No. 82/14  is registered at PS Dhalli on 09.06.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Nirmal Thakur W/o Sh. Balwant Singh Thakur R/o Thakur Estate, Upper Chalaunthi, Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that on 09.06.2014 at 12:20 PM, she has gone to school for taking her daughter. At about 02:15 PM when she returned back to home, she found that some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away her golden ornaments i.e. one Mangal Sutra, Bracelet, finger rings, one gold set etc., five Mobile Phones and cash Rs. 2,00,000/- . The Case is being investigated by Inspt. Param Dev, SHO PS Dhalli.

    

4. During last 24 hours 244 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act,  11 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.29,900/-

Crime Report on 09 June, 2014

1. A Rioting case FIR No. 78/14 is registered at PS Theog i.e. on 09.06.14 U/S 147 148 149 353 332 323 427 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/o Sh. Sohan Lal R/o Village- Sandhu, Tehsil- Theog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he informed at Police Station Theog that one person is coming with illegal liquor. On this information, ASI Sunil Kumar a/w  staff reached on the spot at Bhui. At about 12:30 PM one person namely Balwant Singh @ Danu  alongwith 15/18 persons came there with sticks and beaten him alongwith his friends Sandeep & Manohar. When the police stopped them, they have obstruct them during duty, beaten them and also broken the glasses of vehicle No. HP-09B-0906. Case is being investigated by Sh. Rattan Singh, SDPO, Theog. 

    

2. An Accident case FIR No 65/14 is registered at PS Rampur today i.e. on       09-06-14 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Uday Parkash R/o Village & PO- Dansa, Tehsil- Rampur, Distt- Shimla alleging therein that on 08-06-2014, at about 11:00 PM one Driver of Alto car No. HP-06B-3903 has hit  Motorcycle No HP-06A-1498 near PWD Rest House Taklech due to rash and negligent driving and run away from the spot. Motor cycle rider Anil Kumar and Vijay Kumar has got sustained injuries in this accident. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/C PP Taklech

    

3. During last 24 hours 155 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    20 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.33,500/-

Crime Report on 08 June 2014

1.    An accident causing hurt endangering life case FIR  No 4014  is registered  at PS  Kumarsain  on 07-06-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Gobind Singh I/o PP Sainj  alleging therein that on 08-06-2014 an unknown call received at PP Sainj who has stated that one vehicle No HP 03D- 0613 A Star rolled down on the road of NH 5.In which 5 person namely  Mr Tashi ,Vijay Negi, Dolma Negi Laxmi and Santosh Negi have sustained injuries who are admitted in CHC Kumarsain. This accident is caused rush and negligent driving by the above vehicle driver. Case is being  investigated by I/O PP Sainj.

 

2.    Voluntarily causing hurt   by dangerous weapon case FIR  No 76/14 is registered at PS Theog on 08-06-2014 U/S 324,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Mr.  Prakesh Rajata R/o village Kolvi kyar P.O Nagan The. KotkhaI alleging therein that on 08-06-2014 when he was going with his bus No HP  63 C -2122 from Kalbog to Shimla .When he reached at Theog. In the mean time Mr Sohan Lal and his other partners came in to his bus and asking reg. loading of Pease bags, and with out any  cause they beaten him  and  threaten or   caused hurt by dangerous weapon. In which he sustained injuries The case is being investigated by  I/O PS Theog.

 

 

3.    An Accident case FIR 63/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 08-06-2014 U/S 279,337,304 A IPC

On the statement of Lakh Raj S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Pagri Tehsil & PS Gando disstt. Doda J&K alleging therein that on 07-06-2014 He and Amrish Kumar ,Suresh Kumar, Ram Parsad Etc. loaded 500 iron Pipes in the vehicle No HP 63- 5261 Escher from IPH Nogli to Kungal Balti at about  7.15 PM when they reached Nankhari ,the driver Mohan Singh Loose the control of vehicle and met with accident. In this accident 4 persons died on the spot and 5 persons have got sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by the I/O PS Rampur.

 

4.    During last 24 hours 211 vehicles were Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act  The total amount of compounding fee  of Challan is Rs 31500/-
