Crime Report 07 June,2014

1. An Excise Case FIR No.72/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 06.06.14 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Sarvind Rattan I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that he along with staff were on patrolling duty near Labour Hostel Krisna Nagar, then on the secret information they searched the house of Rishi Kumar. During search they recovered 08 bottles country liquor. The case is being investigating by ASI Sarvind Rattan.

    

2. A Rioting case FIR No. 37/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri today i.e. on 07.06.14 u/s 341,147,149,323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Monu Kumar S/O Sh. Kishan Singh VPO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that while he along with his two other friends were present in Hotel Bushahar at Jeori. Pappu R/O VPO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla along with 6/7 other persons came there beaten him and his friends. The case is being investigating by HC Gopal Singh I/O P.P Jeori.

    

3. An Accident case FIR no. 71/14 is registered at PS East today i.e. on 07.06.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kewal S/O Sh. Bhim Bahadur R/O Shera P.O Tehsil and Distt. Salyan Nepal C/O Panchyat Bhawan Kasumpti Bazar Shimla alleging therein that today he was going towards Kasumpti Bus stand at 05.45 AM when he reached Near Laxmi Narayan Temple Kasumpti a private Bus came from the front side with rash & negligent driving  hit him and driver run away with the bus from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O P.P Kasumpti.

    

4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 88/14 is registered at PS West on 06.06.2014 U/S 454,380 I.P.C. that on 06.06.14 at about 12:30 PM she was out of her house. When she came back about 03.00 PM found that some unknown persons has stolen away one gold nath, one teeka, one nose pin and Cash Rs. 2000/-.The case is being investigating by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.

An Accident case FIR NO 20/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai today i.e. on 07-06-14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Prakesh Ghasta S/o Sh Balak Ram Ghasta R/o Village Kanroti PO Ratnari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleging there in that on 06.06.14 at about 8.15 PM he was at home then one person call him that one veh. No HP 9C-0572  accident near Baghal Kenchi and 3 persons were sits in the veh. one person Deepak Ghasta died on the spot and two person got injured. The case is being investigating byASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

    

6. A Cheating case FIR No.74/14 is registered at PS Theog on 06-06-2014 U/S 420 IPC on the application of Sh Prittam Chand  S/O Sh Balak Ram R/O Bumana District Hamirpur alleging therein that on 05-06-14 he went to Theog ATM for withdrawal the cash there he saw four or five persons stand there in which one of them changed his ATM card. In the morning he received a message that Rs.75000/- were withdrawal from his account. The case is being investigating by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog

    

7. A Danger to Life case FIR No.75/14 is registered at PS Theog on 06-06-14 U/S 336,337,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh Parkash Amba Dass Lalpot S/O Sh Amba Dass R/O District Himoli, Maharastra alleging therein that 06-06-14 they went to Mahasu peak for Winter Sports Adventure Activities Jeep Line, there operator was also present there. Nagesh Gujrati & his wife was sat in half jeep line. Operator leave them and they have no control,due to this they collide with iron pole. In which Nagesh Gujrati died on spot & his wife got injured.  The case is being investigating by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PP Fagu.

8. During last 24 hours 211 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    06 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.33,100/-

Crime Report 06 June,2014

1. A Theft Case FIR No. 70/14 is registered at PS East today i.e. on 06.05.14 U/S 379 IPC   on the Statement of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O 43 Panwar Cottage Kasumpti alleging therein that yesterday  he has parked his Maruti Car No. HP51-0025 near Happy Child School. Today he found missing the above Car from the parked place. The case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS East Shimla. The stolen car has been recovered. 

    

2. During last 24 hours 244 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act.    01 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.60,300/-

1. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 35/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 04-06-2014 U/s 341,323 IPC on the statement of Smt. Dhanpati W/o Sh.Hiru Ram R/O Vill & PO Kinnu, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03-06-2014 at about 6:30 PM when she was going on the road from her house, a lady namely Surekha W/o Sh. Gautam Sain VPO Kinnu, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla obstruct her way and beaten her. The case is being investigating by HC Jawahar Lal  I/O PP Sarahan.

    

2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 36/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 04-06-2014 U/s 341,323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Robin Rai S/O Sh. Gopi Lal Rai R/O Saad Pagu PO & PS Santal Distt. Bhojpur Aanchal Koshi Nepal A/P C/O Gopal contractor Tehsil Murang Distt. Kinnaur alleging therein that on 03-06-2014 at about 03-00 PM on the way to village Bashara along with his father in law, one person namely Sh  Roop Singh obstruct his way abusing & beaten him. The case is being investigating by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

1. A Trespass Case FIR No.30/14 is registered at PS Chopal today i.e. on 4.6.2014 u/s 451, 323, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Narayan Singh S/O Sh. Tounku Ram R/O Village Taprech PO Maraog Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today at about 10:45 AM when he was working in his field, At the same time one Sh. Narinder S/O Lt. Sh. Hirdu Ram R/O Vill. Braghta PO Handa Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi got injured & died during treatment at CH Rohru. Crime Report 02 June,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No 60/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 01-06-14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Ram Lal alleging therein that on 01-06-2014 at about 10.30 AM one Alto Car No HP 25A-2144 was going Bhadrash to Rampur and one Bolero Camper CH 01GI-1740 was going Rampur to Shimla collide with each other at Duttnagar. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sat Pal Vill Bhulena PO Rajera Chamba was driving above Bolero and Mohinder Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Brelangi PO Kothi Tehsil Kalpa Distt Kinnaur was Driving above alto car. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of both Drivers. The case is being investigating by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 87/14 is registered at PS West on 01.06.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC, 187 MV Act on the complaint of Ishan S/O Late Sh. Anil Sharma R/O Padech P.O. Ghanahatti Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 01.06.2014 he came to Ghanahatti on his motorcycle No. HP-52A-1343 (Royal Enfield) when he reached at Nehra crossing with his friend Ankush then two another boys came in vehicle No. HP62A-2429 came rashly from the wrong side and hit his motorcycle. In this accident he got injured.  The case is being investigating  by HC Yog Raj I/O P.P. Dhammi.

An Instruments Control of Music Act & Disobedience of Order case FIR No.69/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 01-06-2014 U/S  6, Instruments Control Music Act & 188 IPC on the ruka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that he along with staff were on patrolling at Lower Bazar then he received a telephone call that at Krishna Nagar Sh Puran Chand Bhatia S/O Lt. Sh. Kala Ram Bhatia House No.119 blowing the loud speaker in loud sound in his house. On this information they reached at Krishna Nagar about 03-00 AM and asked him for permission, but he could not produce any permission. The case is being investigating by ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar.

Crime Report 01st June, 2014

1. A Rioting Case FIR No. 81/14  is registered at PS Dhalli on 31.05.2014 U/S 147,148,149,323,504 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Narainu Ram R/o Basant Pur, District Shimla alleging therein that he working as a Supervisor Security in M/S Gabal Project at Baldeyan. On 31.05.2014, Sh. Hukam Chand called him on his mobile phone and demanded a truck of stone. After some time he called Hukam Chand on his mobile, but call attend by Kuldeep @ Gunnu. Above Kuldeep abused him without any reason. After some time Kuldeep @ Gunnu alongwith 5/6 person entered in his office and beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/C PP Mashobra.

    

2. A theft Case FIR No. 34/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 31.05.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Asstt. Manager O/o Tata Telcom Services alleging therein that in the intervening night of 28-05-2014, some unknown person has stolen away the 48 Battery Cells from Devidhar site. The case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.
