An Accident Case FIR NO 58/14 is registered at PS East on 07.05.2014 U/S 279 IPC on the Statement of Rohit Kadol S/O Krishan Kumar Sood R/O Kadol Avenue, Panthaghati, Shimla-9 alleging therein that he was going in his vehicle No. HP52 B-0003 towards Panthaghati when he reached at Rashtriya Vidaya kendra l School, kasumpti, a vehicle Type Bolero camper No. HR-99PZ-8735 come from wrong side with rashly and hit his above vehicle cause damaged  [.] Case is being investigated by HC Shish Pal No. 13 I/O P.P. Kasumpti P.S East Shimla.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR NO 60/14 is registered at PS Theog on 07.05.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ram Swaroop Sharma S/O sh. Hari Nand R/O Vill. Panoli, PO Satog, Teh. Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that a Tata Sumo NO HP 02A-0450 was fell down about 300 meter from the road due to the neglegency & rash driving by sh. Satish Bhandari S/O sh. Liaq Ram R/O Vill Dadas, PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Shimla , in which two persons got injured. Case is being investigated by HC Het Ram PS Theog, Shimla.

1. A Theft Case FIR NO 62/14  is registered at PS Sadar on 05.05.14 U/S 379 IPC  on the complaint of Sh. Basmeet Singh S/O Sh. Ajeet Singh R/O House NO. 87/3, Pursharthy Basti, Lower Bazar, Shimla, HP, alleging therein that he had parked his Maruti 800 car bearing NO. DL 02CS 0363 Model 2001 whose value is Rs. 25000/-, at Bamloe on 29.04.2014 at about 6.30 PM. On 30.04.2014 at 3.00 PM he went to take his above car at Bamloe, he did not find his car there. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Singh I/O  PS Sadar.

    

2. During last 24 hours 40 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 5500/-

1.    An Accident Case FIR NO 32/14  is registered at PS Rohru on 04.05.14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC  on the statement of Sh. Balbir S/O Lt. Sh. Doulat Ram  R/O Khalghar, PO Ghasani, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, HP, alleging therein that on 04.05.14. He alongwith Ramesh went to Rohru Hospital for check-up and  when they come back to home with Ankush resident of Kuthari in his Alto Car No. HP03C-2360 as they reached at Odidhar at about 06.15 PM then said Alto Car Met With an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Mr Ankush. Case is being investigated by SI/Addl. SHO Laiq Ram Chauhan PS Rohru.

 

2.    During last 24 hours 60 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 4600/-

1. A Wrongful restraint Case FIR NO. 59/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 03.05.14 U/S 341, 356 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mangat Ram S/O sh. Mohan Lal R/O HNO.3, New Line, Krishna Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.05.14 at about 5.30 PM, when he was going to his above house after duty from IGMC, One person namely Vijay Khonsla restraint him wrongfully at the stairs of Ganj Bazar shimla and his mobile phone with earphone & Cash Sum of Rs. 1000/- snatched from him. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Singh I/O PS Sadar.

    

2. A Burglary Case FIR NO. 28/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 03.05.14 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the Statement of Smt. Prabha Devi W/O Sh. Ishwar Dutt R/O VPO Ghaini, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.05.14  when she was at marriage function in her village, two persons namely Raj and Annu entered her house and theft Cash Rs. 21,700/-, one gents gold ring, one gold mangal Sutra, One pair of gold ear tops, silver payal, one small ring & one gold nose pin from her house. The total value of above theft items including cash are in between Rs.70,000/- to 80,000/-. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.  

    

3. An Excise Act Case FIR No. 26/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 03-05-2014 U/S 39 HP Ex. Act  on the Rukka of ASI Sher Singh alleging therein that on 03.05.14 at about 4.45 PM when he alongwith HHC Daulat Singh  & LHC Vikas Sood were performing there Lok Sabha Election duty at Majhewali, he got a secret information that one person namely Yash Pal S/O sh. Nand Lal R/O VPO Majhewali, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla sells wine without legal permit from his own house. On this he made a raiding party searched the said Yash Pal's House. During search operation he got 9 bottles of country liquor marka Darlling from said Yash Pal. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh PS Jhakri.

An Accident Case FIR No 35/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain today on dated 4-5-2014 U/S 279,337,IPC on the Statement of Sh Roshan Lal s/o Lt Sh devki Nand R/o Vill & PO Shiwan Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain alleging therein that on 3-5-2014 he along with Prem Chand owner of Econ Car Bearing No HP-06A-3974 went to Bithal for his personal Work . On 4-5-2014 he and Prem chand started back from his above car towards Kingal . The car was driving by Prem Chand . When they reached near Khaker NH-5 the driver Prem chand loose the control from his vehicle & met with an accident &  Ruled down 15/20 feet from deep nalla & got sustained Injury. The Foul is play due to rash & negligent driving of the vehicle . Case is being investigated by HC Govind I/O PP Sainj P.S Kumarsain.

    

5. A Negligent Conduct with respect to Fire or Combustible matter Case FIR NO 31/14 is registered at PS Rohru today on dated 4/5/14 U/S 285,304A On the statement of Sh. Ram Singh S/O SH. Mangat Ram  R/O VPO Khadrala, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on the intervening night of 2/3-5/14  A fire incident took place in the Dhaba of his brother namely Ram Chander. In which his brother got burnt and died on the spot. Case is being investigated by  ASI Kunan Lal I/C PP City Rohru, PS Rohru.

    

6. During last 24 hours 55 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act 3 persons challaned under Smoking Act & 01 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 12,200/-

1.    A Theft case FIR No.25/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 02-05-2014 U/s 457,380 IPC on the application of Sh Lal Singh S/o Sh Ronu Ram Shopkeeper Sarahan Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that during intervening night 01-05-2014 some unknown person has broken the lck of his shop and stolen away 7 Mobile new, 3 Mobile set old&  M/Card value Rs. 45,000/- from the shop.The case is being investigated by ASI Kartar Singh I/O PS Chopal.

 

2.    An Accident case FIR No.24/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 02-05-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narayan Singh S/O Sh Lal Singh R/O Kandli PO Shilai Distt Sirmour alleging therein that he was going from Sarahan to Kayari Nala by Tractor A/F driven by Gittu Ram along with Mohan Singh, Parkash Chand & Surat Singh. At about 01-00 PM above tractor fell-down from the road due to rash & negligent driving.All person injured in this accident. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chopal.

 

3.    During last 24 hours 115 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act 6 persons challaned under Smoking Act & 01 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 16,600/-

A Burglary Case FIR NO 49/14 is registered at  PS Theog on 30-4-14 U/S 454,380 IPC  on the complaint of Sh Rajesh Verma S/O Sh Kedar Singh R/ Veena Kunj Naya Bazar Theog,Shimla alleging therein that on 30-4-2014  some unknown person has stolen away golden ornaments i.e. 2 pairs of Kangan, 2 pairs of ear rings, 3 ladies finger rings etc. by breaking the lock of his house. 2. A Burglary Case FIR NO 51/14 is registered at PS Theog on 30-04-14 U/S 454,380 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Baigi Devi W/O Lt.Sh. Narpat R/O Village Janog Tehsil Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 30-04-14 some unknown person has broken the lock of her house and stolen away silver Payal, one chain & cash Rs.10,000/-.The case is being investigated by HC Kamal I/O PS Theog.

    

3. A Burglary case FIR NO 52/14 is registered at PS Theog on 30-4-14 U/S 454,380 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Seema Devi W/O Sh Dinesh Bhotka R/O Village Kainthser PO Fagu Tehsil Theog Shimla alleging therein on 30-4-2014 some unknown person has broken the lock of her house and stolen away one gold Mangal Sutra, 2 golden rings,2 ear tops, one pair payal silver etc. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PS Theog.

    

4. A Danger to Life case FIR No.25/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 30-04-14 U/S 336,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Hari Singh S/O Sh. Gaya Nand R/O Village Kandri PO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Shimla alleging therein that he is working in Raga Raju Company Kandri. On 30-04-2014 he was unloading the iron garder from tractor with Shobha Singh, then he got injured in his right arms fingers. The accident took place due to non providing of gloves by the company authorities. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Jeori. 

    

5. An Accident case FIR No.16/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai today i.e. on 01.05.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the ruka of HC Roshan Lal I/O PS Kotkhai Shimla alleging therein that on 30-04-2014 during patrolling at about 06-00 PM one Truck No. HP 12C- 8597 met with an accident near Nihari ,felldown about 300 Mtrs from road, due to negligent driving of Driver Chaman Lal S/O Sh Desh Raj R/O Sanoj,Tehsil Nalagarh. He got injury in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal I/O PS Kotkhai.
