1. An Accident Case FIR No. 40/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 07-03-14 U/S 279, 201 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Niraj Chauhan S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh Chauhan R/o Vill. Khadiun, PO Janarghat, Sub Tehsil Junga, District Shimla, alleging therein that on 6-3-14 at about 6.30PM he was present in his Alto Car No. HP52A-3850 at Janerghat Bazar, in the mean time an Alto Car No. HP03-0270 came rashly and hit his vehicle, which was driven by Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Revti Ram R/o Bharach, Distt. Shimla. The Case is being investigated by HC Prem Singh, I/O PP Junga..

2. A Theft Case FIR No. 41/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 07-03-14 U/S 379, 34 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act on the statement of Sh. Narayan Dass, TM Telephone Exchange Durgapur, alleging therein that on 7-3-14 at 3.00AM when he was checked all the lines of cable with his instrument and he found that Mazari line has broken by some unknown. He informed about this to R.M. After few minutes the native of Kogi namely Rakesh and Joginder informed him that a Bolero Camper No. HP63B-0370 came from village Mazari side to Durgapur. On this information above Bolero Camper has been roundup at Durgapur near UCO Bank & recovered 50 pair cable wire from the possession of namely Ganesh Sharma S/o Sh. Ram Saran Sharma R/o Kairtu, Teh. Theog & Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh. Molak Ram R/o Sonala, PO Barog, Teh. Theog. ACCUSED ARRESTED. The Case is being investigated by HC Ashish Nautiyal, I/O PP Mashobra.

3. A Cheating Case FIR No. 11/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 07-03-14 U/S 420, 467, 468 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Negi, Pradhan GP Jeori, alleging therein that Smt. Raj Kanta, Vice Pradhan GP Jeori has made forgery in Panchyat by obtaining  double financial benefit having her presence in Panchyat as well as MANREGA Mustrol. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhup Singh, I/C PP Jeori.

An Unlawful Assembly Case FIR No. 30/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 06-03-14 U/S 143, 188 IPC on the report of SHO PS Sadar that on 5-3-14 at about 3.00PM about 15/20 worker of CITU assembled unlawfully near MC Office The Mall Shimla in the leadership of Sh. Vijender Mehra and shouted against MC Shimla. The Case is being investigated by PSI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

1. An Information Technology Act Case FIR No. 29/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 05-03-14 U/S 66A I.T. Act & 504, 186 IPC on the complaint of HC Dhani Ram, MHC PAR The Mall Shimla, alleging therein that on 4-3-14 at about 1.00PM when he was on duty, he received a telephone call, a unknown person using filthy & abusive language continuously in Landline No. 2800100. The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Sadar, Shimla.

2. During last 24 hours 100 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 09 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 10,500/-.

CRIME REPORT 05 MARCH

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 24/14 is registered at PS Theog on 04-03-14 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the rukka of ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PS Theog that on 4-3-14 one vehicle Wagnar No. HP52A-0170 met with an accident near Nangal Devi and rolled down from the road. In this accident Nitish Kaundal S/o Sh. Parma Nand R/o Janjedi, Lower Khalini, Teh. & Distt. Shimla died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh, I/O PS Theog.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 12/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 05-03-14 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Surjan Singh S/o Sh. Thakur Lal R/o VPO Ramani,  Teh. Nichar, Distt. Kinnaur, alleging therein that on 4-3-14 when he reached near Dakolar in vehicle No. HP25A-3303, the vehicle met with an accident with the parked Truck. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by Sukh Dev S/o Sh. Ganga Devi Negi R/o VPO Meeru. In this accident. In this accident Ram Saran S/o Sh. Kushak Pal R/o VPO Ramani, Distt. Kinnaur died on the spot and 3 persons got injured. The Case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PS Rampur.

3. An Arms Act Case FIR No. 17/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 05-03-14 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act & 336 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Krishan S/o late Sh. Man Singh R/o VPO Khera, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 4-3-14 at 11.00PM when he was at home his leg got injured by the round fired by his brother Keshava Nand from his service Pistol. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar, I/C PP Jalog.

1. A ND& PS Case FIR No. 23/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.03.14 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Sainj that when he was on patrolling duty along with staff near Sainj, he recovered 10gram charas from the illegal possession of Ram Lal S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Vill. Jubagi, PO Jaon, Teh. Nirmond, Distt. Kullu. The Case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Sainj.

A House Trespass Case FIR No. 10/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 04-03-14 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC that 0n 2-3-14 at about 3.00PM when a lady was along with her husband in her quarter, a person named Lekh Raj came her quarter and insulted and also slapped her. The Case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh, I/O PS Chopal.

1. A Theft Case FIR No. 23/14 is registered at PS Theog on 02-03-14 U/S 379 IPC that during intervening night 1/2-3-14 some unknown person has stolen away vehicle no. HR49C-6314 near Theog. The Case is being investigated by PSI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

A Rioting Case FIR No. 16/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 03-03-14 U/S 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 354 IPC that when a lady was came back to home along with family member after attending a marriage function. In the mean time 5/6 people restraint their way and started pressing chest of her and her daughter, when her husband and other family member tried to save them, they started beaten them with sticks. In this incident she has lost her Mangal Sutra and one ear pin. The Case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

1. A ND& PS Case FIR No. 21/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 2.03.14 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act on the rukka of HC Lal Chand, I/O PP City Rampur that on 02-03-14 at 5.00AM when he was on patrolling and nakabandi duty alongwith  staff near Jagathkhana Bridge, he recovered 470gram charas from the illegal possession of Mani Lal S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o Uria, Nepal C/o Sita Ram R/o Bayal, Teh. Nirmand, Distt. Kullu. The Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand, I/O PP City Rampur.

A Burglary Case FIR No. 25/14 is registered at PS West on 01.03.14 U/S 454, 380 IPC that some unknown person has stolen away 2 Dimand Ring, 4 s ear ring, 1 Dimand neckless, 4 Gold ring, 2 Silver payal, 3 Silver Karea, 8 nose pin, 5 mobile sets, 2 Gold Dimand pandel, Gold plated watch, Nag Pukhraj, 2 Panna & Cash Rs. 50,000/-. The Case is being investigated by ASI Dhermesh Dutt, I/C PP Summerhill.

CRIME REPORT 01 MARCH

1. A Cheating Case FIR No. 06/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 28.02.14 U/S 420 that a call received from mobile No. 82929-13107, some unknown person asked him that his ATM card is rejected and asked him to give his ATM Card No., he gave him the same. After some time Rs. 26,000/- has been withdrawn from his account. When he confirmed in PNB Branch they told him that some unknown person has withdrawn money from his account fraudulently. The Case is being investigated by ASI Mahinder Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.

2. A Murder Case FIR No. 19/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 01.03.14 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Sh. Puran Singh S/o Sh. Madhu Ram R/o Vill. Lambidhar, PO Sholi, Sub Teh. Nankhari, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-2-14 at about 4.00PM one Sh. Roop Singh Negi R/o Lambidhar informed him that one female body hanged in the tree. On this information he rushed to the spot and saw that his brother’s wife namely Amita@ Anita has hanged in the tree. After that he called his brother namely Prem Singh, but he did not responding. After that he went to his brother’s house and saw that his brother Prem Singh found dead on the bed due to head injuries. He stated that some unknown person has killed his brother. The Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Rampur.

3. A Theft by using force Case FIR No. 24/14 is registered at PS West on 28.02.14 U/S 382 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajay Washishat S/o Sh. Lal Chand Washishat R/o Mrinal Enterprises Main Chowk, Totu, Shimla, alleging therein that he has an Eicher Bus No. HP63-2230, whose root is Old Bus Stand to Mehali, he took a loan  Rs. 4,40,000 from Shree Ram Finance company in monthly installment is Rs.  24/25 thousand. On 26-2-14 he informed by bus driver & conductor that staff of Shreram Finance Company has took his bus away and also snatched the keys alongwith documents without his permission. The Case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.
