An ND&PS case FIR No. 10/16 has been registered at PS Suni on 19.02.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of Tilak Chand SI/SHO PS Suni alleging therein that on 19.02.2016 he was on patrolling duty along with staff towards Devidhar. At Devidhar a person namely Yashpal S/o Khem Raj R/o Dedhyog A/P Karyana shop at Dedhyog intercepted by them and recovered 96 grams charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by Tilak Chand SI/SHO PS Sunni.
During last 24 hours 304 vehicles challaned under MV Act and 21 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine from smoking act collected Rs 2200/-.Total Challan compounded MV Act=159 and fine realized 55,400/-
Fire incidence
A fire incidence took place at village Booth on 18.02.2016 in which deceased Manjhu Ram R/o Bhooth P/o Jaghothi Tehsil Rorhu burnt in fire and died on the spot. One cow & one goat also burnt in this incidence. Proceeding of U/S 174 CrPC is on progress.
