A Theft case FIR No 29/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon today i.e. on 28-5-14 U/S 379 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Manoj Kumar Mechanical Engineer Shimla MHEPP-5 MW Sai Engineering Foundation Village Harwani Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that on 26-5-14 some unknown person had stolen away Rectifier (Welding Machine) form Project site at Harwani. The case is being investigated by SHO Aashish Samuel PS Chirgaon.
An Encroachment case FIR No.79/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 28.05.2014 U/S 447 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam Singh forest Range Officer Koti Sub-Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla alleging therein that Sh. Deep Ram S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O Village Jhandi P.O Satlai Sub-Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla encroached the Govt. land at No.4-268 Jhandi Moja Chikhar, Khasra No.846/471 area 109-11 Bigha type Charan. In which he constructed two shed for cow and two water tank. Deep Ram submitted an application in the Forest Deptt. for regularization the above land in his name, but Forest Deptt. rejected his application. Deep Ram occupied the above Govt. land unauthorized. Case is being investigating by HC Prem Singh I/O P.P Junga.

During last 24 hours 152 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V.Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 18,000/-.
