CRIME REPORT 24 MARCH

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 51/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 23-03-14 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Shubham Thakur s/o Sh. Gian Chand Thakur R/o Laxmi Niwas Malyana, PO Sanjauli, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that  a motorcycle no. HP-06-4110 met with an accident near New Vishwakarma Fabrication Shop Malyana. In this incident one person namely Rajender s/o Sh. Sadhu Ram R/o Vill. Gharti, PO Danawali, Teh. Nankhari, Distt. Shimla died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kamlender, I/O PS Dhalli.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 52/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 23-03-14 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajit Thapa s/o Sh. Gaj Bahadur R/o Vill. Guthal, PO Jelyang, Teh. Liwang, Distt. Rolpa, Nepal A/P Manav Niwas Jakhalyana Mashobra, Teh. & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 23.3-14 a water Tanker No. HP63-3363 met with an accident near Kot Nala. In this incident one person namely Devender Singh died on spot and one person got injured. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by Krishan Singh.  The Case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/C PP Mashobra.

3. An Accident Case FIR No. 39/14 is registered at PS West on 23-03-14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kalyan s/o Sh. Rati Ram R/o VPO Koti Bhonch, Teh. Shilai, Teh. Shilai, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when he was going to his friend quarter, near RTO Office a vehicle no.HR65-8203 hit him. In this incident he got injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kamlender, I/O PS West.

4. A Theft Case FIR No. 17/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 24-03-14 U/S  379 IPC & 25 I.T Act on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Murat Singh, Machanic BSNL Rohru, alleging therein that on 24-3-14 one Sh. Deep Bisht informed him that one Nepali person has been catched with cable wire telephone 15 mtrs. cutted with the hexa blade on the spot. In this information he alongwith police staff reached on the spot, one persons Mohan Singh Nepali found there with 15 mtr. Cable wire. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/O PS Rohru.

5. A Theft Case FIR No. 18/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 24-03-14 U/S  379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pardeep Thakur s/o Sh. Swarn Singh R/o Thakur Market Rohru, alleging therein that during intervening night 23/24.03.2014 some unknown person has stolen away his A/f motorcycle near Bhouti Nala. The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder, I/O PS Rohru.

6. During last 24 hours 17 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 08 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 9,000/-.
