PRESS NOTE ON 26.11.2019

                           

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case  FIR No 114/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 25/11/2019 U/S 39(1) HP Ex Act   on the rukka of SHO PS Jhakri stated therein that on dated 25/11/2019 he along with the staff was on  patrolling duty. On the secret information they recovered    3 Bottles of illicit Liquor. Case is being investigated  by I/O  PS Jhakri. 

2. A House Trespass:  Case FIR No 10/19 has been registered at PS Deha on dated  25/11/2019 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Natiya Ram R/o VPO Mundu, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 22.11.2019 at about 6.25 PM he was in his shop then a person namely Kewal Ram resident of Moharwag came in drunken condition, started abused, beaten him and threatened him with dire consequencies . The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Deha.

3. Accident Case: Case FIR No. 77/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.11.19 U/S 279, 337 304A IPC on the statement of Yuvraj S/O Sh Pawan Kumar R/O Village Mehatpur PO Basteda District Una alleging therein that on 25.11.2019 he along with craine Driver Saurabh were going to Kotkhai from Theog in JCB. When they reached near Chhaila Kenchi then Saurabh lost over the control on JCB and rolled down. In this incident Saurabh died and he sustained injuries. The Case is being investigation by I/O PS Theog.

4.   During last 24 hours 48 vehicles were challaned without seatbelt, 25 without helmet, 34 without driving License, 03 using mobile phone, 01 challaned drunken driving and 13 persons challaned under smoking Act.

PRESS NOTE ON 25/11/2019

1.  A EXCISE ACT:  Case FIR No 90/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal  on  Date 24-11-2019 U/S 39(1)  HP Excise act on the ruka of  SI/SHO PS Jubbal stated therein that on dated 24-11-19  on secret information he along with staff searched the Dhaba at Mandal and recovered 06 Bottle Country Liquor Marka Taja Santra . Case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Jubbal.

2.     A EXCISE ACT:  Case FIR NO. 222/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 24.11.2019 u/s 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Inder Singh I/C PP Mashobra alleging therein that on 24/11/2019 when he was on patrolling duty along with staff, on secret information, he recovered 8 bottles of country liquor marka Una No 1 from the shop of Geeta Ram Sharma S/O Mulk Ram Sharma R/O Vill Shadi PO Thailla Teh Sunni district Shimla. The  Case is being investigated by ASI Inder Singh I/C PP Mashobra, PS Dhalli.

3.       During last 24 hours 18 vehicles were challaned without seatbelt, 10 without helmet, 23 without driving License, 03 using mobile phone, 04 challaned drunken driving and 11 persons challaned under smoking Act.

PRESS NOTE ON 24.11.2019

1.   Accident : Case FIR No. 111/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 24.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of sh. Vittu S/o Sh. Baljit Singh R/o VPO Udpur, Tehsil Unn, Distt Shamli, UP alleging therein that he alongwith three persons were going in Sonalica Tractor No. DI-35 towards Rampur. The tractor was driven by Amit S/o Late Sh. Govind R/o Vill. Thalog, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt Shimla, as they reached CHEEL MORE near Kingal, he lost the control and tractor suddenly overturned. In this accident driver Amit sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Manmohan I/O PS Kumarsain.

2.   Accident : Case FIR No. 109/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai  today on 24.11.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/o Attar Singh R/o Vill. & P.O Thana Teh. Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 22.11.2019 he was going to Theog in his Alto Car no HP10A-4992, as he reached near Padshal A Santro Car no  HP10A-1435 driven by the driver Sunil Kumar S/O Khushi Ram Vill. Barada P.O Arahal Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla H.P come rashly and hit his above car. The case is being investigated by ASI Harri chand I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.   Cheating : Case FIR No. 267/19 has been registered at PS West on dated 23.11.2019 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Sharma S/o Sh. Thag Sharma R/o Bhatia Building New Totu, Power House, Shimla- 171 005 alleging therein that an unknown person withdrawn amounting to Rs. 46000/- from his account through online by using ATM centre in Hisar Haryana fraudulently. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod Kumar I/O PP Jatogh, PS West, Shimla.

4.   During last 24 hours 28 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 15 without helmet, 16 without driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 15 challaned drunken driving and  16 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty :- Case FIR No 109/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 22.11.19 U/S 452 353 332 IPC on the statement of Forest guard Yashwant Attri S/o Sh Layak Ram vill. Mogda P/o Mogda teh Kumarsain District Shimla HP alleged therein that when he was present at forest check post Chambi then Mr. Bhoinder R/o Gagna entered into forest check post and bitten him on duty. Case is being investigating by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Chopal. 

2. During last 24 hours 18 Challaned without seat belt, 08 challan drunken driving, 17 without helmet, 27 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 23 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

CRIME REPORT ON 22.11.2019

      

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 164/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.11.19 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the ruka of HC Pawan I/O PS Rampur, Shimla alleged therein that on 21.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near forest office Pipti, then they intercepted a person namely Raj Kumar S/o Sh Ram Lal R/o Ward No-14, Housing Board Colony Firozpur, Punjab and recovered 22 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigating by SI Jia Lal  I/O PS Rampur.

2. During last 24 hours 24 Challaned without seat belt, 10 challan drunken driving, 19 without helmet, 21 without Driving License, 04 using mobile phone, 26 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

CRIME REPORT ON 21.11.2019

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 221/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 20.11.19 U/S 21 ND & PS Act on the ruka of HC Sanjay No.16 I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla alleged therein that on 20.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Dhalli Mashobra bifurcation then they stopped a vehicle No. HP01A-5202 Maruti driven by Inder Singh S/O Sh Sunder Singh R/O Village Jubbar, PO Durgapur, Tehsil & District Shimla for checking during search they recovered 02 gram Chitta/ Heroin from his possession.

2. EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 200/19 Dt. 20.11.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on the ruka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu alleged therein that on 20.11.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Dhrech, then on secret information they recovered 10 bottles of country liquor from the shop of Sh. Dinesh Sharma S/O Sh Hari Nand Sharma R/O Bhalari PO Dhrech Tehsil Theog, Shimla. Case is being investigating by I/C PP Fagu.

3. During last 24 hours 20 Challaned without seat belt, 02 challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 24 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 14 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

CRIME REPORT ON 20.11.2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 130/19 has been registered at PS East today U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Sidharth S/O Sh Arvind R/O Type-3, Set No.16 New Brockhost, Chhota Shimla, Distt Shimla alleged therein that on 19.11.2019 he parked his vehicle No.HP03A-3009 near Vijay complex Mehali-Malyana road. Today on 20.11.2019 when he came there then he found that some unknown vehicle totally damaged his vehicle and also damaged some other vehicles parked there. Case is being investigating by I/O PS East.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 107/19 has been registered at PS Jhakhri today U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Anil Kumar S/O Sh Devi Singh  R/O Badijaan PO Sargha Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu, alleged therein that on 19.11.2019 midnight he along with other persons came from marriage ceremony from Sargha, when they reached at Jaghogi bus stand they saw an another vehicle met with an accident in which one person died on spot and others sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by ASI Chaman Negi.

3.   RIOTING CASE: Case FIR No. 108/19 has been registered at PS Chopal today U/S 147 149 341 323 IPC on the application of Sh Sunil Kumar S/O Sh Bhagat Ram R/O Village Mashdon PO Dewat Tehsil Chopal alleged therein that today he was going to Shimla in his car. When he reached at Galu Nala near Reuni suddenly Happy Thakur along with four other persons obstruct his ways hit him with kicks & blows.  Case is being investigating by HC Naresh I/O PS Chopal.

4.   During last 24 hours 30 Challaned without seat belt, 03 challan drunken driving, 07 without helmet, 23 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 12 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
